Winning Powerball Ticket Sold in California.

Powerball NewsWinning Powerball Ticket Sold in California. Californian Powerball players are really living the dream after a winning ticket worth $1.3 million was sold in Buena Park. The ticket, which matched 5 of the winning numbers from Saturday’s Powerball drawing for a $70 million jackpot, was sold at 17 Food Store located at 6522 Stanton Ave.

Unfortunately for Powerball players across America the jackpot winning ticket was not sold meaning it will roll over to an estimated $80 million for the drawing on Wednesday April 17.

This is California’s first big Powerball prize winner since joining the weekly lottery draw less than a week ago and it’s not surprising after record $8.4 million ticket sales in the first three days. At the time of writing the lucky winner is not known but we are expecting a response from California Lottery as soon as possible so watch this space.
